(Hoop) Morgan III is the founder of The Forté Institute and the developer of the Forte Communication Style Profile (Forté).  Forté is a significant advance in state-of-the-art interpersonal performance understanding, management and development. Originally developed in 1978, Forte has proven the test of time and is recognized as a global leader in helping individuals, teams and organizations understand and maximize their strengths.  Designed to also enhance interpersonal relationships, Forte identifies and maximizes the "real world" understanding of individual and team communication styles and minimizes the chances for misunderstandings and conflicts.  The Forte system is Internet based, as an Application Service Provider (ASP). The Forté adapting profile identifies how an individual has been adapting to their environment over the past 30-day period. We learn from experience, the Forté system documents the learning experience for forward growth. Forté further captures how an individual or team is adapting to a specific environment, specific individual, or both. Through the Forté adapting update system, the respondent is provided updates on how they are adapting their strengths plus their current logic style, current stamina level and current goals index. These strengths have a numeric value, as well, and may be tracked/charted over an entire work or lifespan. Tracking the adapting updates is a continuous process that is utilized in coaching for performance improvement.
